The value in your product is not necessarily the product itself but the fact that fewer and fewer humans will use your product. However, this drop in demand for "seats" is being replaced by an increase in demand by AI Agents. The key is how to adapt your business model to capture this new demand.
Your data is still valuable, your processes and workflow are still valuable, your service proposition is still valuable, it is just how that value is being accessed.
